We entered the new workshop with an open mind and were very positively surprised by the process and the results. The diverse questions allowed us to gain many new insights. We found the development of a common sentiment particularly valuable.  The maturity model presented greatly helped us to better understand our own position and find our bearings. Additionally, the structured approach provided a cross-domain overview that was very insightful for us.

The joint AM I Navigator workshop with Siemens, enhanced by the systemic perspective of experienced consultants, highlighted both our strengths and weaknesses. A comprehensive analysis of the involved processes and verification with business cases confirmed and demonstrated our efficiency in many areas. We identified some new improvement potentials, which are now being addressed.

In the hustle of daily tasks, it’s easy to The workshop allowed us to step back and, with a structured approach, address various dimensions—from strategy and production setup to sustainability and many more—focusing on our journey from the current state to our target goals.
